Shipping policy
1. Stock & Availability
All items are made to order. If something sells out or can’t be fulfilled, we’ll ship what’s available and contact you to either wait for restock or receive a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. What you see at checkout is the final shipping cost.
3. Returns & Refunds
Because every item is made just for you, we can’t accept returns for wrong size or change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at contact.goatmotivated@gmail.com within 14 days for help.
Refunds (for approved cases) can take up to 14 business days to appear in your account.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
4. Delivery Times
- Processing time: Usually ships within 7–14 business days.
- Domestic shipping: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
- International shipping: 10–22 business days depending on destination.
We’ll email you a tracking link once your order ships so you can follow it along the way.
5. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your package arrives damaged, reject it if possible and contact us right away.
If your order gets lost or damaged in transit, we’ll replace or refund it once the courier confirms the issue.
6. Duties & Taxes
Taxes are included in prices shown.
International customers may need to pay import duties or local taxes on delivery.
If these are refused, the order will be returned and refunded (minus shipping costs).
